Ranobi lets you build forms, publish them at a link or embed them on your site, collect responses into a table you can sort, filter, and share, and send responses to other apps you connect.

The Service is in beta. Features may change, appear, or go away while we build it, and some may not work perfectly yet.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you use it for an organisation, you confirm you have authority to accept these Terms for that organisation.

You can try Ranobi as a guest, without an account. Publishing, sharing, and integrations need an account; when you sign up, your guest forms move into it.

You're responsible for keeping access to your email and Google account secure and for everything done under your account. Tell us at support@ranobi.com if you think your account has been compromised.

Your forms and the responses you collect are yours. You give us permission to host, store, copy, and process them only as needed to run the Service for you, for example to publish a form, store its responses, and send them where you've asked.

When you collect responses, you are responsible for:

• Having the right to collect and use what your form asks for
• Telling respondents who you are and how you'll use their answers, with your own privacy notice where the law requires one
• Following the laws that apply to you and your respondents

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle responses on your behalf.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Collect passwords, card numbers, or other credentials through phishing, or impersonate another person or organisation
• Send spam or collect information for spam
• Publish illegal, harmful, hateful, or infringing content, or content that exploits children
• Spread malware or attack, probe, or overload the Service or anyone else's systems
• Get around limits, rate limits, or access controls, or reach data that isn't yours
• Scrape or copy the Service, its templates, or other users' content at scale

We may remove forms, unpublish them, or suspend accounts that break these rules.

The Service connects to apps run by others, such as Google Drive, Slack, Discord, Telegram, Notion, Airtable, HubSpot, and Zapier. We don't control them and aren't responsible for them. Your use of each one is governed by its own terms, and you choose what we send to it.

The editor's chat uses AI models to build and change forms from what you write. AI output can be wrong or incomplete, and the same request can give different results. Review a form before you publish it. We may limit, change, or remove AI features.

Ranobi is free while in beta. We may introduce paid plans, usage limits, or premium features. If you buy a paid plan, its price, billing period, and refund terms will be shown at checkout and form part of these Terms. Prices exclude taxes unless stated, and payments are non-refundable unless the law or the checkout says otherwise.

If you join a paid plan during the beta, its price stays the same for one year, and the features we add in that time are included at no extra cost. After that, we may change prices with reasonable notice; a change never affects a period you've already paid for.

The Service, including its software, design, templates, and the Ranobi name and logo, belongs to Ranobi. You may use templates to build your own forms. You may not resell or redistribute the templates or the Service, or use the Ranobi name or logo without our written permission.

We aim to keep the Service available but don't guarantee it will always be. We may change, suspend, or stop any part of it. If we shut the Service down, we'll give reasonable notice so you can export your responses.

You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or if we stop offering the Service. Sections 4, 9, 12, 13, 14, and 16 continue after termination.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. You use the Service at your own risk.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Ranobi and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Some places don't allow these limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold Ranobi and its team harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your forms, the responses you collect, or your breach of these Terms.

We may update these Terms. Changes will show in the "Last updated" date above and, when they matter, we'll announce them in the Service or by email. Using the Service after a change takes effect means you accept it.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service. If a provision can't be enforced, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a provision isn't a waiver of it. You may not transfer these Terms without our written consent; we may transfer them as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
